"Just letting you know that my wife and I had a great claim experience with our new insurance company, State Farm agency On Jamestown Road in Williamsburg We just departed Cleveland for our trip back home to Williamsburg and after one hour out of the city the foreign object ran into the car resulting in two demolished tires at a ruptured fuel tank leak spewing gas all over the highway. My agents Robin and Barbara were able to connect me with her team and her people. Almost immediately securing a tow truck and the car rental and a workshop Near Youngstown, Ohio, and had us on our way home six hours later. We stay with us by Text Phone an email next two days, And have already a check issued Reimbursement of my expenses is less my deductible. I'll be picking up my car-Driving back to Youngstown returning the rental and all I can say is our life is much easier. Thanks to the State Farm team throughout.
